A little about us.

Tuff's is a small business with big taste in sauces, dry rubs and seasoning. If you like barbecuing or grilling you're sure to find a favorite here. It's not just limited to the grill many customers have found great uses inside the kitchen as well. We are always expanding and working on new things to fit the seasons.

Tuff's was born through grace, humility and gratitude. 2008 when expecting our first child we found ourselves faced with a reality that our child had small chances of survival or would likely suffer with birth "defects" should we choose to bring him into the world so small. Like any expecting parents we were devastated but loosing faith was never an option for us. The "choice" would remain in God's hands with our trust in his plan. October 2nd 2008 our son was delivered by emergency C-section weighing 1lb & 1oz, born three months early our journey had began. We were blessed to be surrounded by so many people who believed in our tiny "Tuff" miracle. As people referred to our son asking about him his nickname quickly became "Tuff" and this was our inspiration to not only share our testimony but to also give back to those who helped us through these difficult days.

It was over the next 118 days that our son spent in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit that “Tuff’s Sauces and Spices” came to life as a small business. This was a time briefly before "go fund me" or even the focus on social media to share family news or struggles. With prayer our family, churches, friends and even strangers ensured we ALWAYS felt the love and support. With a sick child the financial strain with medical bills, travel and other expenses quickly accumulated.

Before we knew it our child & our business had both began to grow like crazy. In the years to come Tuff's went on to win several 1st place ribbons at both the local county and state competition levels. We are grateful for all the support from our family & friends who continue to make our sauces and seasonings a part of their home.
